This site shows an easy way to find a HAT Tours holiday that is fit for you. Please read the explanation below which will make your trip on our site even easier. You may make your choice for an individual tour (cycle holiday) or for a ship charter (group travel) .
Indicate the start and finish of your holiday on the left side. Then choose for Individual Tour or for Group Travel .
All travels that depart in this period will now appear in the calender marked in red. When you make any changes in the dates, the red markation will change accordingly.
All Individual Tours in your selected holiday period are marked red in the calender. If you choose for Cycle & Sail Holiday or for Cycle & Hotel Tour , your selection will immediately be reduced. If you wish to make an even more detailed selection, you may pick a keyword from the drop down list.
When Group Travels are shown in the calender, this indicates the barges marked are already chartered to groups in this period. Groups that chartered the barge are thus able to check which ship and which travel they have booked. This also enables those who are looking for a charter to see if the chosen ship may still be or not be available in the requested period.
You may refine your selection by indicating if you wish to make a trip for a weekend , 5 days or for 7 days . The site then shows the possible itineraries for the duration of the desired sailing trip.
If you wish to make an even more detailed selection, you may pick a keyword from the drop down list
Subsequently you are invited to contact us in order to make your group travel completely tailor-made, indicating your wishes for barge, period and itinerary.
Your own brochure
All selected ships and itineraries can be put into your own on-line brochure. Just click 'Add tour to brochure' or 'Add ship to brochure' each time you are interested.
If you wish to print your self-made brochure, please notify us by way of the email button. The PDF file of your brochure will be sent to you within seconds.
If you contact us by email through the item 'Contact me' in the menu bar, your brochure will be sent simultaneously. The HAT team then knows exactly in which barge or in which tours you are interested. Thus they are able to provide you with the perfect tour for you and your group!
